Shipping

All orders are shipped within 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the description.

Shipping costs are €4.95 - The Netherlands  -  free shipping on oder over €50

Shipping costs are €6.95 - Belgium and Germany

All orders are sent via PostNL with the Track & Trace code. 

 

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@aoclay.nl  within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued for the item price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Personalized and sale items cannot be returned.

 

Returns should be sent back via PostNL with a Track & Trace code, and the Track & Trace code must be kept as proof of return.

 

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, I am happy to offer repairs for earrings. However, all shipping costs for sending and returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
